Local Deliveries
Ordering from Bud Delivery is very easy. We want to ensure that our customers have easy access to get their medicine. However, we also have a strict policy against selling to minors.
For local deliveries in the lower mainland, please have your photo ID ready to be shown to the driver. This is mandatory! No exceptions.
We accept Cash on Delivery for local orders.
Delivery Details
- All orders over $150, will be delivered for free within the lower mainland.
- Delivery hours are, Monday through Sunday between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Due to processing, the minimum amount to order is $50 per order.
All deliveries usually occur within 2 hours after the order has been placed, based on the selected delivery time. However, due to increased volume at peak times, it may take up to 3. Please refrain from calling us until after the 2 hours. I assure you, we’re doing our best to get the order to you as soon as possible!
You will receive a text message or phone call as the driver arrives with your order. Communication is key for us in order to run efficiently and get your orders to you as soon as possible, so please stay near your phone.
Mail Orders
For all other mail orders, please ensure you are 19+ prior to placing an order. You may need to show your ID as well if your order makes it to the post office due to not fitting in your mailbox. Thank you kindly for your understanding regarding this very important matter.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout based on your delivery address and package size.
- We offer Free Shipping on all mail in order over $150.

Payments
At this time we only accept Interac e-Transfers.
Once your order has been placed, the Order Received page and your
Order Invoice email will have the Interac e-Transfer info for you to
use.
If you are not sure how to send an Interac e-Transfer, get in contact
your bank and they will walk you through the whole process. How it works?
Security Info provided to you will be the following:
Security Question: Your Order Number {xxx}
Security Answer: {secret code associated with your account}
Our accounting department manually accepts every payment so it will usually take at least few hours before your payment is accepted and matched. This usually occurs within 24 hours.
Once your payment is matched, we will start packing your order. Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. To ensure you receive your tracking number, please make sure you add [email protected] to your contact list.
